Visa

Those who require an invitation letter (for your Visa process), please send an email mentioning your full name as it is on the passport, passport number, address, and the accepted paper title and paper number to mercon@uom.lk.

If you intend to visit Sri Lanka as a tourist, you may apply for tourist visa using the online visa application available at www.eta.gov.lk/slvisa.

The type of visa applicable for conferences is Business visit visa. Please fill the online form, if you intend to apply for business visa. Your details will be sent to visa applying country’s Sri Lankan mission through the Ministry of External Affairs, Sri Lanka. Please complete the form by March 16, 2015.

Accommodation

Majority of the hotels close to the University of Moratuwa is located in Mount Lavinia (~10 Km from conference venue). Several reliable hotels can be also found close to Moratuwa (2-3 Km from conference venue).
